Yokai Catalogue
TsukumogamiAccording to Japanese folklore, a tool that has been used and has existed for over a hundred years gains a spirit of its own and transforms into an object spirit: a Tsukumogami.
Tsukumogami are rarely alike, and the form they take will often reflect whether they have been well treated or abused by their owners. Objects that have been discarded and forgotten become spiteful and seek revenge against their former masters. |

20th Century Tsukumogami
Bringing the Tsukumogami legend to the west, this mini-series takes six objects that were made over one hundred years ago and brings them to life.
Combining classic Yokai designs with familiar objects, each of these little spirits has their own story to tell. |
